Maasbode Apartment

Located in the Maasbode residential development in Rotterdam, this contemporary three-level apartment was designed to create a warm, refined, and highly functional living environment tailored to the client's lifestyle.
The apartment's unique architecture presented both opportunities and challenges in terms of layout, storage integration, and spatial flow. The design focused on maximising every square metre while maintaining a sense of openness and visual calm throughout the home.
The concept combines natural and refined materials with carefully selected accents of colour and textured wallcoverings that bring character and depth to the interior. Warm wood finishes, soft textiles, natural stone-inspired surfaces, and bespoke joinery create a cohesive palette that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
Custom-designed storage solutions and integrated architectural elements were developed to enhance functionality without compromising the clean aesthetic of the space.
