01. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a consultation to discuss your home, lifestyle, goals, and project scope. This meeting allows us to establish the overall direction for the project. We also discuss budget, timeline, and the level of design support required.
Following the consultation, you will receive detailed room questionnaires designed to capture your daily routines, preferences, and functional requirements, ensuring the design is carefully tailored to the way you live.
02. SPATIAL PLANNING
AND LAYOUT
In the first stage, We are going to define a concept line based on our first interview; it will be the core of the project together with the layout design.
Through layout drawings we define the functionality of your space — the way it will work, flow, and feel in everyday life.
We can create an entirely new floor plan or refine your existing layout through small or significant changes, depending on your needs and preferences.
03. INTERIOR CONCEPT AND DIRECTION
In this phase we translate your lifestyle, preferences, and layout into a cohesive design direction. This includes everything from materials, colours and textures to key furniture pieces and atmosphere. The goal here is to express the mood and style of your space in a way that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
This vision is presented through a curated aesthetic review, detailed mood boards, color palettes, thoughtful layouts, and a preliminary shopping list. These tools give you a tangible sense of how the space will look and feel.
04. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & 3D VISUALIZATION
Once the concept direction is approved, the project moves into a detailed design development phase. Through a three-dimensional model, the space is explored, tested, and refined to ensure every element works cohesively together.
Layout, proportions, materials, finishes, furniture, and architectural details are integrated into the model, allowing design decisions to be evaluated within the context of the entire space.

06. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Technical documentation forms the bridge between the design concept and the realization of the project, ensuring that every element is carefully considered and clearly communicated.
This phase includes the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications that support contractors, suppliers, and craftsmen throughout the implementation process. Depending on the scope of the project, documentation may include layout plans, spatial detailing, custom joinery drawings, material specifications lighting and electrical plans and plumbing layout.
Attention is given not only to functionality and technical coordination, but also to preserving the overall atmosphere and balance of the design.
07. LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL PLANS
Lighting plans transform spaces through light, creating warmth, depth, and comfort. Each light source is carefully positioned to support daily activities while enhancing the overall atmosphere of the interior.
To complement this, a detailed electrical plan coordinates sockets, switches, and technical connections with the overall layout and furnishings. It ensures compliance, functionality, and a clean integration of technical elements within the design.
The service can include custom lighting concepts, selection of fixtures, and detailed technical drawings for execution.
