A boutique hotel concept developed for a historic Dutch townhouse. The design reinterprets the building's traditional layout to support contemporary hospitality while maintaining its architectural identity. Tactile materials, bespoke joinery, and carefully crafted spaces create an atmosphere that feels intimate, elegant and welcoming.

 

A refined dialogue between past and present, the project reimagines classic mouldings, architectural details, and traditional spatial qualities through a contemporary lens. Rather than replicating historical elements, they are translated into a modern design language defined by clean lines, sculptural forms, and carefully considered proportions.
